- here are so many recipes to try I can't wait to try them all.I've been cooking exclusively from this book since I received a free copy to review.I have to say these recipes are delicious.I had no complaints from my family,they didn't realize I just stuck them on an experimental diet.There are so many meatball recipes that you can change any recipe by adding a different meatball which my son adores.There's Greek styles,Asian,Grandma's homemade this and that and even mac and cheese for my little guys.I must say I fell in love with the kale dip and red snapper soup.Everyone loved the desserts of course but I think the favorites were orange and star anise custard,peanut butter cup cookies and the butterscotch icecream was to die for.I could just go on forever.
- This book is written for newbies, like me, who want to start a ketogenic diet. A 2-week meal plan includes simple keto recipes with detailed instructions. I chose this diet for myself because I want to burn an extra five kilograms of weight. Breakfast lunches, dinners, snacks and desserts help me to begin to eat soft on a ketogenic diet as gently as possible. It is nice that I do not feel hunger for a long time and become more energetic.

- The best Keto book I have purchased up until now! The formulas have a separate of fat, protein, and carbs. There is a four-week dinner plan with a shopping list. Basic instruments to purchase. On the off chance that you are simply beginning Keto, this book will kick you off in a matter of seconds. On the off chance that you are a specialist, there are some incredible formulas that I haven't found in different books or on the web. There are an allergen list and vegan suppers. There are principle courses, sauces, shakes, sweets and all that you could envision requiring for a keto diet.
